Today Zeke learned a new trick. He sticks his tongue out and blows to make noises. He thinks it’s really funny and so do we. Zeke and Jimmy had a tongue buzzing conversation this morning. See Zeke buzzing.
We had a really fun picnic/barbecue behind our apartment. Zeke was really good and enjoyed hanging out outside with Esther’s side of the family. Tonight, Zeke is going to watch the Stadium of Fire fireworks from up on the hill. We’ll see if he stays awake that long.
Zeke seems like he is going to be a Daddy’s boy. This morning Esther’s niece, Marissa, was holding Zeke and Esther kept trying to get Zeke’s attention by calling his name. Esther was sitting right by them on the couch. Whenever Jimmy said Zeke’s name he would look up to see Jimmy. Jimmy was sitting six feet away, it was so funny. Every time Zeke would ignore Esther, and every time he would look up to Jimmy.
Zeke and his daddy like to wrestle on Sundays. Zeke gets so excited, and squeals with delight. It was a close one, but Zeke won the match this morning by playing his best move, a champion size spit-up right on Daddy’s shoulder!
Now Zeke is having his motorcycle riding lessons with Daddy. He rides Harleys and dirt bikes, all inside our apartment.
