Zeke’s first football game

Thursday, September 27th, 2007

We took Zeke to Esther’s high school’s homecoming game last Saturday. He did very well, he liked looking all around at what was going on, and he even payed attention to the game for a while. The greatest shocker of the night was when we noticed Zeke had fallen asleep, despite the loud fans and music. What a guy, he’s such a cutie!

A most amazing day!

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007

Wow, the sealing today was so neat! We arrived at the Salt Lake Temple at 2:30, and the Temple workers helped us know where to go, and what to do. We took Zeke to the special nursery, and then went to get the paperwork filled out, and we got changed. When we got up to the sealing room, the sealer talked to us a bit. He adopted his three children, so we thought that was neat that we got him for our sealer today. Finally they brought Zeke up. They had him in an all white stroller, and her look like a little angel. He smiled so big at everyone when he entered the room, it was priceless! He was so good the whole time, and he didn’t even spit up! It was a sweet experience, and we will never forget the feelings we felt this day!

We took some pictures of him in his cute little white outfit, and we’ll post them up as soon as we get our camera. We left it at Esther’s parents’ accidentally. After the sealing, both families went to Esther’s parents’ for dinner, and they got a special cake for Zeke. (only he really didn’t get to enjoy any, only about 5 more months until he can have cake!)

Today was a day that we will always cherish!
