One word sums up our first experience to the Roof…WOW! The food, the views, the atmosphere, and most especially, the desserts were all amazing! We went with Samantha (Zeke’s birthmom) and her family. It was so awesome, and Zeke loved it too. He ate so much, and surprisingly kept most of it down. I loved seeing the Salt Lake Temple from such a neat viewpoint! Thanks again Sam for inviting us, it was so much fun!

My favorites were the white chocolate mousse pie, and the chocolate mint cake. For anyone who’s been there, I’d love to hear what your favorites are, and if you haven’t been there, then go because it is so neat!
This was a very nice post! It’s nice to see the lovely face behind Zeke’s lovely face. They must’ve been so happy to see what good hands he’s in. You guys are amazing.
Jake and I go to the Roof restaurant every anniversary. We eat till it hurts! It’s so good! EVERYTHING is so good. I think we try to eat a little bit of every dessert there is. AMAZING. Jake’s favorite is the seafood and cheesecake.
That’s so great that you have such a good relationship with Zeke’s birth mom. I’ve always wanted to go to the Roof restaurant. Next time we are in SLC, it will have to be on our list of things to do. I will travel far for a good cheesecake.
That’s a great tradition to go there for your anniversary each year Jamie. We want to make that a yearly tradition too!

Oh my gosh! Those pictures turned out so great! I love them! And yes, it is so comforting to know that every time I look at a picture of Zeke, he always has a smile on his face. That’s no coincidence. He is so loved by everyone around him. I feel blessed by the parents who are raising the child I could not care for. You two really are amazing. Thank you.
We LOVE the Roof. my favorite is the shrimp and the creme brule! Brian eats prime rib by the pound. it looks like you guys had a fun time!
