It’s Autumn time!

We had a great morning down at BYU campus yesterday! The weather was perfect, and the leaves were so pretty! Jimmy and I love going to Provo, and reminiscing about the wonderful memories we made there. We ate at the BYU Creamery for lunch, and got ice cream, and some of BYU’s famous mint brownies! We showed Zeke the building where we received the very exciting news that we were going to be blessed with him, and told him the story again about how we found out our baby would be a baby boy! (Samantha made us a little scrapbook that said “It’s a Boy!” on the front, and that was what our case worker gave us before saying anything about us even being selected to receive a baby, that little blue book is something we will treasure always!)

Lilly liked the soft, colorful leaves.

Zeke loved all of the BYU stuff in the bookstore! And I think it’s cute how Lilly and Jimmy are so interested in that item in the background :)

Zeke remembered to take his football down, and he had a blast playing with his daddy! It was a great day.

Today has been a great day too. Jimmy and I spoke in church today, and the topic, and reference article we were given to speak on is found here I loved studying this article, and thinking about how I can improve my daily scripture study, and prayers. I’m thankful I could learn a lot this week as I prepared for my talk, and I’m also thankful it’s over :)

That would be “the” reason Dave and I would stay in Utah, to visit BYU occasionally. After growing up outside of Utah, you have a different view of the State. To eat at the Creamery, to walk on campus and reminisce about how Dave and I met and began our courtship, called it off, began it again and got engaged, etc. Love the bows in Lilly’s hair. Where do you get them?

i loved hearing your talks. (What i did heaer from them between chasing two 18 month olds down the hall the whole time) hopefully things will get easier withchurch for us. I didn’t get to see Lilly though. She is so adorbale. Next time your down there in Provo you should go and see Brian at work. It’s on 9th east and 5th north.

You two did a great job on your talks. I didn’t get to tell you at church, but it really got me excited about doing my study in the morning. And…..I did it this morning! Wahoo……1 day down…..eternity to go :). But like Jimmy said “I can’t think of it like a 100 yard dash”. What great advice. You guys are wonderful!

I absolutely love fall pictures. So cute! Do you know Stephanie’s address? The cooking club is at her house tonight and I do not know where she lives.

First and always, your children are adorable. Second, I love that you’re raising a serious BYU fan. Peter and Zeke would have fun talking about their shared love for all things BYU.
