Going downtown to eat lunch with Daddy

Wednesday, November 30th, 2011

Lilly all ready to go eat lunch with Daddy!

In the Joseph Smith Memorial building they have a Family Search Center, and we stopped there to do some activities, before going up to meet Daddy.

Zeke and Lilly made a family coat of arms, and other crafts.

Zeke wanted all of his grandparents on his family tree, he included all of his grandparents, great grandparents, and his birthmom (Sam), and her mom (Grandma Charlotte), and Lilly’s birth grandparents, (Grandma Linda, and Grandpa Dave). My kids have so many people who love them!

We also walked around Temple Square for a few minutes, and saw the nativity, and Christmas lights.

I didn’t get any pictures of actually eating lunch with Daddy, but it was fun too :)

Thanksgiving Day

We spent Thanksgiving day at my oldest sister’s again this year, and had the best dinner ever! My sister and her husband go all out, and make such delicious food!

Zeke in mid flip. My kids LOVED playing with cousins all day on the farm!

they also enjoyed riding the horses :)

Marc is into making custom trucks, just like his dad.

My sister made all the kids their own little pumpkin cream cheese pie!

It was a fun time!

Here’s a few of my recent favorite pics, and tidbits about Zeke-

I love this picture! Zeke always thinks he can eat a whole famous star hamburger, and he even says he can eat 2! He usually eats about 7 bites, then he’s “full”.

We had a cousins sleep over, and the boys all ended up sleeping in the toy room. Zeke sleeps in here every night, even though he has the biggest bedroom in the whole house :) He likes to be close to us at night, and this room is right across from ours. Zeke loves to have friends and cousins over to play, he had a ton of fun with Dallin and Ezra!

Zeke is really into drawing, and writing letters. He asks me how to spell words, and sometimes he sounds them out, it’s cute to see how he spells things! These are some of my favorite drawings he’s done. In the top right corner are 3 Star Wars guys, the black one is Darth Vader, below them is the scene from the Lion King when the monkey lifts up baby Simba on pride rock :) below that are some pretty red flowers he drew for me, and the blue paper is me and him holding hands. The green one is a spider, and the purple thing in the upper left corner is a lion. He loves to draw!

Zeke really dislikes haircuts, but he made a deal with Jimmy that if he could cut Jimmy’s hair, then Jimmy could cut his :) What a sly guy! I love him so much!
