Jimmy * Esther * Zeke * Lilly

Since I was a little girl, I dreamed about having tea parties, and playing dolls with my own daughter some day, and now I get to! Zeke had some friends over, so Lilly and I set up her little clubhouse she got for her birthday and had a picnic.

She gave a cupcake, and some fruit snacks to her dolls, and even to the cars.

She loves girl things, but she also loves what Zeke loves. This morning my darling daughter strapped Darth Vader in her high chair for some breakfast, she gave him some craisins :)

He wasn’t eating them on his own, so she helped him get them to his mouth.

We spontaneously decided to paint the baby’s room this week! My next door neighbor Mandy helped me with choosing the paint color, she has it in her son’s room, and I loved it!

After painting, we decided we may as well set up the crib :)

This baby will be the first of our babies to not have a brand new crib. Zeke had a lighter wood type, but I saw this crib while shopping for baby girl things, and thought it would look so cute for newborn Lilly! But, this baby will at least have a new bedding set because Zeke’s was a light blue checkered material with rocking horses, and it wouldn’t have matched the paint.

We got some snow on Saturday morning, and Zeke wanted to build a snowman at 7am! We made it to the park before 9 :)

They didn’t last long enough to make a snowman, but they sure enjoyed it for about 5 minutes.

Zeke made a snow angel, and he taught Lilly how to make one too.

It was a fun snowy morning, but today is a really nice day! We were playing outside, and I didn’t even need a jacket. I hope this weather stays around longer, even though some snowy days are fun too.
